hey do i have to have the game fully installed to do mw2 tenth lobbies. if i do, do i just go to game settings and install mw2??? do i need a certain file??

Thanks alot , been wanting to get a jtag but wanted to know about them before i go ahead and get one.
So basically you only really want a unbanned jtag if your doing lobbys but then you have to get a new kv after but if you get a banned one you can just do it through system link ?
