I Recently purchased a HD PVR off Amazon.

It arrived today i connected all the cables but then i realised the USB Cable isnt the correct size to fit into the back of the HD PVR.

Can anyone help me?

You may want to contact the Amazon buyer in which you purchased from, i beleive that when you buy the HD PVR it is suppsoed to come with the correct bit. you were ripped, go take it to em!
