No matter what kind of mod you do to your console or involves activity with your console, your likely to get banned because its a mod and Microsoft DOES NOT ALLOW MODS(not that im against mods lolo)but you can still mod it but beware the risk of getting banned but if you have a Jtag, you can just change the thingy around in it that lets you get unbanned but im guessing that your buying it from someone. Not likely, but possible. Normally a modded GT would call for a suspension, not console ban.

dont worry about getting banned, i have had a mod gt since before cod 5 came out, and when people file complaint on your gamertag, microsoft only sees your original one.
