So My computer just started randomly started to shut off about a week ago. I dont know what to do! Some one help me.

You should probably clean the fans out. If a computer gets too hot then it'll just shut off straight away for a safety measure.

Does it go to a blue/black screen, or does it just cut off?
if it just cuts off, it could be anything from overheating to something as severe as wires being loose or fried.
Clean the fan like Hawkers said, but if your familiar with the inside of cpus, open it up and look around, make sure everything is plugged in right!
