go to your system settings go two memory games find blackops and it should say #3 update delete it then click B go to gamer-profiles and move your account over to your usb flash drive then plug it into your computer

once you have done this replace the gpd with this one [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
and then do all the other stuff then go back to your Xbox plug your usb flash-drive into your Xbox and move your account over to your hard drive then start up black ops when it ask you to download the update click no go to split screen change the map to what ever then start the game then click the back buttons and boooom there you go
