hi, i just started a new UT and it said i had 2 free gold packs for playing previous UT (fifa 09), yet i have played a match and have still not recieved the packs, could someone please help me out?

try going to:
Store>Gold packs>(then see if it says on any of them *Free* in the bottem right)

Thanks, but it still wont let me get them, and when i try to buy a normal pack it just says get more points buy playing matches, im really lost on this one :L

nooo, two free loyalty packs are if you discard/remove UT players but you will not get them, i have tried soo many times :/
