He does those are the error codes after you get the e__ error you enter it into a site and it tells you specific site.

A Weird Way But works Is To Put Tooth Picks in the fans and let it over heat giving you 2 red ring let it cool down for 20 minutes then plug it back in.. it should turn on normally.. its a temporary fix and will work for up too a month

Put tooth picks or something small and sharp int the fans. then turn on your xbox and let it over heat.
