dev kits are expensive doubt anyone has one

i think theres dev tools or somthing like that on modio or am i talking about the wrong thing

a dev kit is a xbox 360 developers kit they use it to make games run xdk and other thing they are technically stolen from xbox if you buy one so you might face jail time if you buy or posses one

Devkits are illegal but ranger has some. They are for game devolpers, they are like jtags but have a form of going online.
