[TUT] Custom Photoshop Brushes!Posted:

Hey, Today I'm going to show you guys how to create your own brushes in photoshop!
I'll cover all the things you need to do step by step
if you get lost with any of the things Just pm me and I'll help you ( Not that you should get lost )
Step 1) Create a blank document Width x Height anything you wish, you NEED a transparent background it should look something like this

Step 2) Insert any image / text into your document you want to turn into a brush preset like so

Step 3) Select your image / text so the lines are around it ( I call them running ants )
you can do this by the shortkey ( CTRL Click on your layer thumbnail like so )

Step 4) Once your text / image is selected go to Edit > Define brush preset
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Step 5) Press Okay then go to your brushes and it will be at the very bottom like this
