if you are doing core try and keep the enemy inbertween the cross hair.
also dont shoot to fast shoot at the point as soon as the scope aims in.
try bending the scope.

Do you want a 1v1 quickscopes ?

Practice Practice and Practice... thats the best way to learn I'm pretty good in Quick Scoping maybe you should watch YouTube and learn "DragShot" for example.

it wasnt great advice, but he means just go prone, it might help you survive long enough to pull off an extra shot, or you could just get headshotted,

quick scoping i something that relies on 2/3 skill and 1/3 luck. First find the right sensitivity, dont try doing 360s! keep it simple on move up slowly ( 4 then 5, 5 then 6, and so on) use the intervention or 50cal, whichever feel better. Intervention is easier to aim, but 50 cal shoots faster. like other people said, practice will be the biggest part, start with sniper lobbies with friends b4 ranked games vs ump and m16s.
hope this helps

7 + Sensitivity - For Drag Shots, see an enemy 3cm away from your crosshair, kick the stock all the way in his direction for half a second and it should land right on him
FPS Freeks, 10$ off their website, very useful for all games. Can use in GB
Steady Aim - For the No scopes
Tactical button layout - Dropshot after every quickscope.
