I dont know if im supposed to be posting this here, but what the heck i will
So i have a jtag, and its broken, i have to reflash the nand, because i flashed the same kv twice, and now its broken, so i was looking on a disk that came with the jtag, it said nand back up, what does that mean, and can i fix my problem with the nand back up?

You need to take the NAND and make a freeBOOT image with it first. Flashing that NAND will reset you to 7371 dashboard and that will be bad
