Not only has it posted before, you don't actually get a second care package.

New way to do it yes.
Just like all the others the second care package dissapears

Kid, watch the video. His second care package disappears when he throws it. The only glitch is that the enemy is alerted that a care package is coming even though it isn't.

I have seen the video already, for a breif description and tutorial:

(YOU NEED) : Tactical Insertion

1. Get a care package.
2. Arm the care package but do NOT throw it yet.
3. Climb up the ladder with it and while on the ladder, hold down (RB) to arm a tactical insertion but do not let go of the tactical insertion yet to fully place it.
4. Jump off of the ladder and when you hit the ground, drop the tactical insertion.
5. Then throw your care package.

6A. Wait until the care package comes, pick up it's goodies, call in the killstreak, then you will have another one.
6B. Perform Step 5 then switch to you one Man Army and then select the same class.
7B. After switching, you will have another one and then you can keep repeating the process.

*(NOTE: If you choose the "A" method, you waste more time to get your next care package. If you choose the "B" method, you get your next care package faster.)

*(NOTE: This also works for Sentry Guns and Emergency Airdrops)
