Grab a post-it note. Cut out a TINY circle out of the sticky part. Then put in Halo 3.
Start up a custom game with a sniper rifle. When you take out the sniper it puts a cirle cross-hair in the center of ur tv. Put the little post-it circle over that circle. Start up MW2. Take out a sniper. You now have a center of reference and a focal point for your eyes to focus on. When the sticky hits the player, fire away!
This will only help a little. As stated above, practice.

wrong section and this does not work you know that right quickscoping is like no-scoping but abit more luck/skill whatever is needed to do it

like the guy that said plus 7 if seven is to fast for u try 5 or 6 but definatly not 1-3
