Yeh, yah should'nt get banned for boosting, unless there is a fully boosted 15th prestiger who i hate then its different XD, also i think treyarch fail with anti boosting when they are gettin ripped to shreds by our fellow online jTag'ers and disabling quick aim on snipers No Quickscoping.... check my vide on my page

in my opinion you should get reset 5 times just to piss the person off and then continue with resets and bans

but sometimes you have to boost because some of these pro perk challenges take forever to do legit so u have to boost for it ! and if you do that you shouldnt get banned for that you should just get reset to the rank you were before boosting
