kk so i am quite on the chubby side and not very strong
anyone have ideas on what i can do to lose a bit of weight and get stronger
i have a running machine in the garage and a weight bench in my room
how long each day like would i do this stuff etc...
and remember i go bck to school tommorow so i am there from 9am - 3pm so cant do nothing then

if you wanna loose weight then dont do work on weights as muscle weighs more then fat before you do that i think you should loose the weight by running rowing etc and eating more fruit less bad food like chips lol

Before you even think about building muscle, loose weight. Because, if you try and gain muscle while fat, it will take 2x longer because you'll have to burn off that fat and then build up your muscle.

I Was like you i was 11 stone.
Im now 8 stone and got quite a body.
I just signed up at my local sports center and went there every two days for 3 hour workout's in the Gym

Go the sauna. ( very efective )
