my dad is into all this stuff but i cant be assed with it be he tells me to run flat out for 30 seconds the jog/get your breath back for 90 the sprint flat out for 30 ect
do that 8 times each session once a week and do weights once a week

do weights/run around ur Place about 3-4 times a day for one hour.. Dont eat 24/7 otherwise you'll loose only 10% of the fat. you'll be loosing by doing it.

i would look into Vince Delmontes NNMB (No Nonsense Muscle Building), its pretty effective.
Also the best way to lose fat, is to do some kind of cardio right when you wake up on an empty stomach (u can have like a protein shake befor). That way you are burnin the fat (which is stored energy). If you do cardio mid day or at night, then u are just burnin the calories you consumed in that day.
And yes workout with weights, ull lose weight by cardio and get stronger and and way better shape by lifting weights.

If you're commited to doing it.. i recommend paying money to go to the gym and use their facilities 3/4 times a week after school for about an hour or two.. train your upper body and your legs.. basically train all you want, just not too much, you don't wanna put strain on yourself as at your level this'll make you not wanna go back to the gym.
Have some self esteem and refrain from eating any sweets, eat high meals like chicken salad etc, so you get all your protein and stuff at the same time.

The best way to lose weight is a combined mixture of eating healthy & a bit of exersise
if your really serous about it, STICK TO IT!
for the food, don't eat ANY junk food, just grains, fruits, vegtables, protean etc.
You dont have to excersise that much. atlaest jog/walk around the block 1nce/day and 20 minutes on the treadmill.

I'm the same. I've lost about 8 Pounds so far.
You can eat what you like, as long as you don't snack.
Exercise after every meal. Try and avoid fizzy juices.

GO on a diet.
Don't eat fatty foods.
That won't get you thinner, but you won't get fatter either.
You'll then need to burn it off with some weights etc.
