Id reccomend buying a Kinect.

They are amazingly fun and you can loose weight on it.

Also try eating less fatty food P

Well i Wake up in the morning and do 50 Press ups and 100 sit ups. Then have a shower (THis is before school)

After School every day on the running machine from 3:00 - 3:30

At 10 when i'm at home do 50 press ups and 100 sit ups Then shower

I Tried Weights for a bit but they didnt do that much to help The Press ups do take a toll but at least it's good for you right

run for 30 mins, do some sit ups, push ups, eat healthier food, and do some wieghts from time to time

do the running machine until u ran like a mile at first a keep running further each day

drink water for 1 week straight no food, and every day run for 30 mins and lift weights... guaranteed you will loose a lot of weight this way...
just drinking water will loose a lot of weight but you need to work out when your jus drinking water because if you just drink water for 1 week you will be skinny but when you go back to regular eating habits you will get chubby very quickly this is why os is important to workout while you just drink water for 1 week. running will get your stamina higher so you will breath easier and running a race will be easy, the oxygen will be like a steroid. lifting weights is well you dont have to but it it will make your arms bigger and you will become a chick magnet... lol well take my advise and use it
