Basically what were gonna do is set your xbox 360 up with a faster DNS server (if there is one faster than yours). I provided a link to a program called namebench and this is what it basically does:
"namebench looks for the fastest DNS (Domain Name System) servers accessible to your computer. You can think of a DNS server as a phone book: When you want to dial a company on the phone, you may have to flip through a phone book by name to find their phone number. On the internet, when you want to visit "www.google.com", a DNS server needs to looks up the correct IP Address for you.
Over the course of loading a single web page, your computer may need to look up a dozen of these addresses. While your internet provider usually automatically assigns you one of their servers to handle looking up these addresses, there may be others that are significantly faster.
namebench finds them."
STEPS:
First of all if anything goes wrong set your network settings to automatic again.
Before we begin, make sure this will work for you. Some connections wont get a speed boost at all.

Open it then click "Start benchmark"
Give it a few minutes, when its done it will pop up and tell you if your eligible for a speed boost.
Once its finished if you see a screen popping up saying that Their DNS is faster than yours, you're in luck.
Now, use the fastest's DNS servers IP for your Xbox if it was faster then your primary DNS server. To do that, go to network settings on your xbox 360, click on DNS, and make it manual then set it to the numbers Provided.
Here's an example of my results:
The Ip circled in RED is the fastest DNS server available for me
The IP circled in blue is my current DNS server.
The top IP is always the fastest one. For me it said that the Qwest Redirect US DNS server is 229.0 percent faster than my current DNS Server

Apparently you copied and pasted because the links are shortened and not full links. Also you did not give credit.
