You can make an account, but you can't buy any music without any payment method obviously...

i dont think you can make the accountt without a credit card i dont really know

I have itunes but when i try making a account it ask for a payment method.

(cant use any payment method)

I believe that you are able to make an account w/o a credit card/ payment method/type, but you won't be able to buy music/apps/movies/tv shows

it's not like paypal you dont have to be verified for it to work lol. just download it then do whatever.
