Is it just me or is Flak Jacket the most annoying perk in Black Ops ever??

Seriously, if you shoot an RPG to the ground below you, you would barely get damaged using Flak Jacket.

yea it is really annoying but helpful if u use it espically in headquarters

I agree with this post because when you shoot somebody twice with an RPG like I do I think it is overpowered

to be fair your going to need an effective counter for all most of the BS in Black Ops, it proably my favourite perk purley for the reason that it pretty much renders RC cars useless

i think flak jacket is underpowered. just like ghost makes UAVs useless so flak jacket should make you invunerable to RC XDs at full health.

I Personally Think Black Ops Is Just A Bad Game Anyway.

Messed Up Quickscoping.
Flat Jacket Is Way Over Powered.
Second Chance Is Annoying and It Makes Them More Accurate or Is That Just Me ?

Then You have The Noobs and Campers Who Don't Know How To Play The Game and Just Sit In 1 Place For The Whole Game Just To Try and Keep A Positive K.

I Hate The Game and Therefore I Have Gone Back To CoD4 <3

All perks are overpowered, so, in reality, are any of them ACTUALLY overpowered?
