well... be active, post allot but not spam. So each post must have meaning and not just be "OMG LOLZ" You must help the community give support and be nice and friendly, even when you are not a mod. Also never ask to be one, they will notice and pick you not the other way. Also not a must but a good point get a subscription to the site. Also try to post in english with correct spelling and grammar (Lol thats why im not a mod Dyslexia FTW)
EDIT: from shout box: TTG_Killer But you can also become a staff member by excelling in a certain aspect,even though you'll still need to be picked by an admin
