If your console beeped, and shut off, its jb'd. You should have the folder under games with a star next to it, named Install Package Files.
Place your package files, like the Snes emulator, comgenies awesome file manager, multiman, blackb0x, etc. on the usb, like I said, in no folder what so ever.
Plug in, and go to- Install Package Files and hit Triange, Install all or click over and choose.

Not anymore, and there were a a dozen ways to jailbreak it.

Yes you can host lobbies. And if banned, you can just create a new free account lol, only major ban psn does is a IP ban.
