Important: This patch requires TU3 and a default_mp.xex with RSA checks removed!

Working Sticky Infections:

* Improved aim assist
* Fire vision
* Ice vision
* Insane knockback*
* Large overhead gamertags & ranks
* FPS counter with host indicator
* Stat monitor display
* Lagometer display
* 45 second killcam timer*



Everything with a * next to it requires you to be host in order to function.
