Yeah it Happend to me too

you have to click the campain and wait until that long intro to pass and when it says check point save and quit then go to your mission you want and for sp. ops play the 1st mission than back out then that will get all your sp. ops missions back hope this helped

Yea it is usually a simple fix just do the whole delete your profile then start up campaign.
