I still have my 1st original jtag (falcon) that I purchased in December '09 before I learned to jtag consoles myself. It is running XBR image 8955 dashboard and I am having a shit ton of problems updating the image. The seller did not supply me with any files, only the console.

This is what I have:
-current working XBR image
-CPU key

My problem:
The first time I ever tried to change a KV was on this console and I am not so sure if I did it correct or not. Now every time I try to update my image it gives me christmas lights, which i think means bad KV.

Every few months or so I attempt to update and so far with NO success... Can anybody shed some light on how to get this done? or point me to a good tutorial to solve my problem?

My last attempt was using jtag tool 2.50 with the clean nands. I would then open my new image in flash360 and it would show me badKV so I didn't even attempt to flash the image.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, the 12611 dash would be ideal. or even the 9199 would be ok, lol
