what is the difference between the beta version that people had to donate for and the updated version that has just been released?

Ive used your menus before even the ones with the gt check always worked great but with the 4.0 why is there no verify menu or anything? and like when ever i change to like gun game or sharpshooter it only changes for me not everyone else..

True but it stops people from helping them selves to prestiges and unlockables, plus if someones paying for the lobby and they want proof, well.......
