Does anybody know, if you by a banned jtag do you need to buy a KV just to play offline and system link and whatnot?

u dont need a kv to play offline and u cant go online yet

Ok I am planning on buying the xnon of Jasper idc which ever 1 is better I am planning on buying this Tuesday or Wednesday
My friend will be buying it 4 me so if he says I'm buying the jtag for Brandon or what ever just sell him what I ordered.
