i have tested the mod menu v3 its an awsome patch but how do you close the mod menu?

are you running opening alteriwnet within winrar or some thing if you are then
1) create a folder called MW2
2)extract every thing from the archive and extract it to the MW2 foloder.
3)then open alteriwnet and when u get the sentence box paste this in`I am aware of the repercussions of cheating, and will do my utmost best to ensure I do not cheat.'
4)if it has worked enjoy if it hasnt i dont know.

I downloaded a regular version w/ alterIW and it works perfect!
