Flak Jacket isn't over powered because there are constant RC killstreaks driving around, noob tubers, rpg'ers, etc. Flak Jacket is just a way to avoid being blown up for every death.

i only play hardcore with flakjaket just because people through randoms grenades and claymores its a easy way to avoid those kinda deaths

QUICKSCOPING - get a real gun. the game is simulating war and u dont get someone doing 360s in the middle of no mans land to get a hitmarker
