ok i was wanting to know the same thing so what i am gathering is that only your account gets banned not the system if so im not bying a jtag il just do little private matches so my account doesnt even get banned

If they do start banning, is there any way to un-jailbreak?

If you have the firmware 3.55 jail broke and you have the latest back up manager and black box you will be ok. But if they come out with new versions for the jailbreak data you need to update it
