On one of my main accounts I accidentally cleared my system cache. Now when i sign into my account and i am at the xbox dashboard it is fine but when i go onto mw2 it says i have zero percent on multiplayer spec ops and campaign. I also have to adjust the screen evrytime i go onto mw2.Also my gamerscor resets to 0 and so does my rep. When i turn my xbox off and then back on agfain it is fine until i start up the game again. Please help is there anyway i can get it back to normal?

Try accessing it from a buddy's console.
That's a problem, man.

Delete the account recover it and if your campaign progress still is at 0% just play the first campaing mission until the first checkpoint, save and quit and it should be good.
