Incorrect.

You get reset for having tons of complaints filed on your account for boosting. Generally, more people will see you boosting if they have more access to your account. When people boost, their SPM (score per Minute) goes up, making them more easily noticeable on the leaderboards. All game types except HQ follow that rule.

Capturing the HQ in Headquarters has a HUGE impact on your SPM on that game type. If you do what I told you, and don't capture the HQ while doing this, your ranking will never go up. I highly doubt someone is going to scroll from #1 in the world in HQ to #124,000 worldwide, and report me for boosting.

Treyarch has NO checks for rapid XP gain. There banning system is based off of complaints on a users account.
