I put alot of work into this and was wondering what should I add to make this the ultimate guideline for Black Ops modding. I realize that there's alot of sticky's for modding and hacking but I want to male one that will cover all that in one. But I don't want to copy and paste other peoples stuff. So I'm asking the community to help in adding and making this a sticky. thanks for reading this!

Playing online w/o TU3 doesn't do anything and it's been proven not to. Just sends it to the System Cache.
