Hey guys i will give a lot of rep for anyone who can help me....... when i talk my voice sounds really quiet when i yell and there is a buzzing noise in the background anyone can help?

try adjusting your chat volume and game volume.
and also move the mic away from your face but not too far. so it's coming straight off the earcup.

The Turtle Beach user guides say that when people yell, it causes voice distortion. Turn down the in-line volume and it should fix it.

when i talk i cant even hear me it has nothing to do with game or chat volume i tried turning up or down or in the middle

Three possibilities:
One: You mic needs new batteries, controller needs new batteries
Two: Your controller receiver is messed up (Try a different controller)
Three: Your wire has a short and you will have to order a new one off the turtle beach website.
Hopefully its not the third but I have had to buy numerous extra cords.

i got rid of mine and just bought astros cuz the left side kept not working for me
