I don't know what it has to do with the mode you play but I've used almost every glitch mentioned pn this site, including the recent gold gun glitch, n have never been banned. I'm prestige 5 and play only hardcore modes....a lot of my friends that play core have been banned at one point or another....maybe its that more older crowd plays hardcore n don't care to report other players much or what not, but hopefully my lucky streak stays alive ;-).
I'm prob gonna take off the gold camo though....

No. They can't ban your xboxlive Profile For doing a "Glitch"
That is just stupid.

as long as your using guns that you have unlocked your fine.
Also they should not be able to ban people when this was all caused by their failures in their menu system.

Ive known people who did the original gold gun glitch and got reset for boosting but after he still kept his gold camo guns so the camo is not a problem for them

So I did this glitch last night, and I'm alright. I'm currently 5th prestige level 27 legit. I did NOT put gold on guns I just used pro perks that's all. And I did have 2 guns that I don't have unlocked but they are gone I changed them to something random. Will I still get banned for the pro perks? I will change them if needed
