so im barely ever on my xbox and when i decide to go back online i have a 48 hour ban -___-. if that wasnt good enough, when i got back online after the ban... my rank was reset to level 1 no prestige -__- i didnt do anything! 4 prestiges down the drain

You take the risk of doing unwanted activities by 3ARC, you suffer the consequences.
EDIT: My point was that 3arc wants you playing the game 24/7 or you get the banhammer.
