1. Can you get banned for having a jailbroken PS3 3.55 firmware. (Geohot)?

2. Can your PS3 get destroyed/messed up? (I only use the jailbreak to host mw2 lobbies, using Awesome File Manager).

3. If a new Firmware comes out and they patch the 3.55 will you still be able to host the lobby you have already copied?

Thanks 4 Helping Out!

1. No you can't Sony has even said it themselves.

2. Yes it can it all depends on what CFW you use so be carefull.

3. This one im not to sure about it but when i re flashed my ps3 with the OFW i was still able to host a lobby since i had the patch_mp.ff of CoD 4 still on my ps3. So my answer here would probably be a yes.

Well, I only do challenge lobbies and use the File Manager. Thats all, so is there still a chance for messing up my ps3?

If you accidentally delete a crucial file (Which is highly doubtfull anyone will) within your HDD you should be fine and if your ps3 survived the flashing process theres nothing you really need to worry about (:
