1. Get a friend to invite you to private match lobby.
2. Get your friend to start the private match tell him to dashboard or turn off console or disconnect Ethernet or wireless.
3. The game should disconnect and you get that ring press B
4. Your at the XBL menu. Go to Local, System Link, Create Class, Camo and hover over gold Camo
5. When the error pops up click A
6. You are in Player Match
7. Switch lobbies to private match and make all your gold gun and pro perk classes

Note* Disconnecting wireless adapter or ethernet works the best
