its called they use a special patch ( i do this also ), then they go online and try to get host, if they are successfull then they will have it that you can kill yur self and get level 70 ;) hope i helped, if yu would like a lobby message me

Yo my mate are right I think aswell that they have special patches with a mod menu. Cause they are DVARS too. So u can infect u with them and if u get then host u will be able to host
