What browser are you viewing it from?
Although it shouldn't make a difference

Have you got a normal Laptop or a Mac?
My friend tried this on his mac and it said that he had no squads so it could be a similar problem.

yeah the site it was down for maintenance for the weekend and it is midweek and still not up yet.
