so i've applied the new xbox update today and tried to play black ops, when i launch the game all i'm getting is a black screen, any help would be appreciated and is anyone else getting this problem?

Good luck getting it back , Did you buy it or DL it?
If u DL'ed it try reburning, If no DL then try deleting ur update in ur HDD/Blackops/TitleUpdate
and all of that stuff

Try snapping the disc or trade it in

the dashboard update has activated the ap2.5 check on most popular games. u need to patch the games to work with the ap2.5 check. if you have already played and got an unreadble error message then you have been flagged and your console will be banned soon. sorry.

I think u open the xbox and put a kitteh in and then try and start it.

That has not been confirmed -.-
GTFO get your facts right , just cos some noob says oh your flagged dosent mean it actually is, the AP2.5 checks have been out for a while and it only has to do with the game ISO so -.- You should have patched ap2.5 anyway jjust to be safe ... Have fun being banned if this is true.

just re download the game on a newer disk. that should work
