OK the update i heard was breaking turtle beaches?! Its not breaking them. i tried to fix them and i did so if this is a problem here are some ideas!

1. turn off xbox (du)
2. unplug all wires from beaches and plug back in
3. switch the usb in the beaches in another usb slot
4. switch batteries for controller

Hope these help!


also i am not your tech guide if these dont work for you it is not my problem

whoever told you that must have 10 dollar used out of the garbage can turtlebeaches. I played on xbox360 with my turtlebeaches all smoothly. You gotta check with us first. Don't believe a rumor started by some person.
