So basically i got ban for 24h but when I came this morning I though that I was going to be reset but no. So I still pretige 15 with 99999999 cod point .Is this normal?

I didn't think so, I got banned at 15th prestige with same points etc, came back was level 1, 2 days later 15th, banned for ever on that acc.

bet you they will ban u tomorrow thats what they did to my friend treyarch sucks.
