So how do you do hotfix? Do you have to open up your xbox?

to do a hotswap yes you have to take your xbox apart there are numerous tutorials on how to do this with both new and old xbox 360's also hotswapping is when your taking the digital key on the non modded retail game that you bought and switching it out with the modded disk so that your tricking your xbox to read the modded iso in the disk tray and to install to the hard drive
