Actually thisi is possible. I don't know why people are saying this is impossible to do. Just because you don't have xbox live doesn't mean the xbox doesn't have Internet connection. If you use freestyle dash then you should be familiar with what I'm talking about. It hosts http and FTP servers. I actually read somewhere that a web browser for jtag will be released in a future update of freestyle dash. Again, this is definitely not impossible.
