Cables won't do it...

0110 is GPU related error...2 red rings is completely different...

Check the sec error code on the 2 red rings..Gonna be either 0011,0012 or 0013..

Post the code back to determine what your problem is..

2 Red Lights Is Mainly An Overheating Problem, Leave Your JTAG To Cool Down For Around 15Mins, Then Boot It Back Up...
Should Be Good After That.

Well Known Errors For Xenon's

I Seggest Getting Freestyle Dash 2.0 And Turning Your Fan Speed Up.

As a professional Xbox 360 Repair Man, that offered absolutely no help...Consoles just don't "overheat" because they get hot, a component is overheating inside for a reason...You have to find the cause and stop it..

What I suggested is the correct way to go about this problem..

This may sound a bit stupid, but did you definitely reconnect the fans once you "fixed" it? I remember once that I forgot to reconnect my fan after fixing an E74 and it overheated in a few minutes.

To get rid of 0011, remove the 4 top metal washers from the cpu. This will get rid of 0011...

0110, needs to be Reflowed(GPU). You can re adjust the bolts and perform what is called an alt bake method but that's about all you can do without having to send it off for a proper Reflow.

15 mins fan blowing on cpu and 10 mins cool down, retest..
