does any1 no how to delete the xbox pass word without rembering it my dumb friend forgot it an hour ago

if you know the secret question and answer than you can call microsoft and get your password
but other than that no you can't

yes click forgot password on xbox.com and fill out whatever it asks you then it will say it sent a password reset link to your email so sign onto your email and go to the message and reset it and you'll be able to recover your accout back or whatever you want to do.
