my xbox slim 250gb wont connect to internet with a enthernt cable but i wiill connect with wireless but my wireless on my slim goes and i can connect again for ages

if there is a problem go to xbox customer support number or u can exchange it if its faulty but u will need the receipt if all that doesn't work then there must be something wrong with ure xbox if ure connection can connect and then will disconn
any other info u want???????

If all i said didn't work and ure xbox isn't ure problem phone ure serice provider e.g BT virgin and they will help u
