can some one help me is modio down or some thing can some one help me i dont get this

it cannot be 'down' the server can be down but you could still go ofline.
if you have a slow comuter sometimes the proseser is to slow and it decides to stop running it whilst loading and doesnt open
thats what used to happen to me if i where running anything whilst trying to use modio

i did that and i when in to winrar and click on modio and it was loading and then nothing came up please help

on the bottom right of the start menu look for the modio icon and see if it's there. If it is then click it and Modio should open up
