2Ez wrote Xenon is basically the nissan of Jtag's. They run fine, and basically just get the job done
Jasper's are the Viper's of Jtag's. They're out of production and were awesome at one point.
Falcon's are like BMW's of Jtag's. They are really goo, but a pain in the **** to maintain and get KV's for.
Zephyr's are the Ford of Jtag's. They run for a while then stop. (Had 3 of them)
Just go with Xenon. They're basic, fun and easy to get along with
Hope this helped.
so should a first time jtaggerlike me get a xenon:)?

B3asTxM0dd3r wrote xenon takes both types of keyvaults.... the other two only take type 2
falcon and jasper have hdmi, xenon doesn't
xenon and falcon are likely to get rrod, jasper can't
jasper and falcon have faster loading times
all i can think of right now....
All motherboard revisions(xenon, opus, zephyr, falcon, jasper) WILL get Red Rings...I have personally ran thru over 1500 of these systems the past few years and have seen many Jaspers come in with Red Rings..
Every type of revision is just an upgrade from the previous in hopes to stop Red Rings and run more efficiently. However, they didn't change the parts that cause the problems(heatsinks/xclamps/airflow/lead free solder)..
So in all, they will all fail, it's just a personal preference and Jaspers do last longer than the other revisions, hence the reason for not making another mobo revision after Jasper...Of course they came with a new box(slim=whole new layout but they still Red Dot=Same as Red Rings)...

Jaspers can get it but are less prone to rrod as a xenon is.
